Commissions and Workshops

While Karen Dell’Armi’s contemporary jewellery has been her primary passion over the last ten years, she is also invested in ensuring a brighter and more creative future of people of all ages.

Karen, who is a creative practitioner, has dedicated herself to introducing creativity into schools. She does this in a number of ways, influencing children through her work with several governing bodies in South Wales, as well as running workshops and classroom activities. These are both for students and for teachers, ensuring that the benefits of her work continue after the workshops.

Karen introduces skills ranging from persistence, collaboration, imagination, and wellbeing into these sessions to help others succeed and enjoy learning through alternative means.

This also applies to her wellbeing workshops, which teach real-life skills such as job-preparedness and leadership to prepare students for their future careers, and adults with their current job positions. More recently, Karen has expanded her work in Neuro-Linguistic Programming as a Trainer, Practitioner and Coach Contact. Through this work, Karen has also found new inspiration for future artificial intelligence creations.

Within her work with jewellery, Karen has previously created four distinct and beautiful collections, all of which express a personal experience of hers. However, she is also open to commissioning work. Whether personal gifts or more conceptual pieces, Karen will be with you every step of the way, even sending updates on how each item of jewellery is progressing at different stages of the process.

Both the workshops and the commissioning services can be combined, for example Karen offers a couples’ ring making workshop for couples to hand-craft one another’s wedding rings under her supervision and with access to her tools. This means that your wedding ring can be individual, unique, and have a memorable experience attached to it.
