As a creative practitioner, Karen has dedicated her career to ensuring that creativity and creative learning are essential aspects of the curriculum in schools across Wales. In the classroom, Karen is passionate about helping students learn through creative processes and hands on activities. Through workshops and classroom activities with both students and teachers, Karen is able to bring the skills of persistence, collaboration, discipline, imagination, and inquisitiveness to all those she is helping.
