In 2005, Karen Dell'Armi decided to leave the world of marketing to pursue her true passions; jewellery, education and wellbeing. In 2007 she started her own company, and since then she has created multiple jewellery collections continuing to discover new forms of jewellery design. Meanwhile, whilst living and working in Wales, she is also dedicated in her work in education, ensuring that creativity is an essential part of learning in the classroom. Karen also spends time mentoring others about overall wellbeing, leadership, entrepreneurship and life through workshops and events.

Karen differentiates herself from other because she is able to recognise the importance pf having both a business and creative mindset. Often, there are many talented artists in the field who lack commercial focus and thus why their business fails. Likewise, there are people with business knowledge who lack creativity and their success isn't sustainable. Having both those qualities is what has allowed her to accomplish what she has both in her entrepreneurial ventures and in life.
